Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until they're golden and crispy.
  • While wings are cooking, mix the hot sauce, melted butter, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  • Toss the wings in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • Return them to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes for a glaze.

Making the Blue Cheese Dip

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Notes

Serve alongside fresh celery and carrot sticks. Consider pairing with sweet potato fries or green salad. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for even cooking, and keep wings dry before seasoning for crispiness.
