Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds and membranes.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and black pepper until creamy.
  • Fill each jalapeno half generously with the cheese mixture.
  • Cut each bacon slice in half and wrap a piece around each stuffed jalapeno, securing it with a toothpick.

Cooking

  • Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
