  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken Use leftovers or rotisserie chicken.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Can substitute with low-fat cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce Choose your favorite brand or make your own.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing Greek yogurt can be a lighter alternative.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella works well.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen before baking.
