  • 1 lb Ground Beef (or Turkey) Juicy and full of flavor
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded Adds creaminess and a savory kick
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced Provides sweetness and color
  • 1/2 cup Pickles, diced For a delightful crunch

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing Essential for that Big Mac flavor

Optional Garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking the Meat

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook your ground beef (or turkey) until browned.
  • Season the meat with salt, pepper, and a bit of onion powder to enhance the flavor.

Preparing the Salad

  • While the meat is cooking, chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large serving bowl.
  • Dice your tomatoes and pickles, and slice the onion. Add them to the bowl with the lettuce.
  • Once the meat is cooked and no longer pink, allow it to cool slightly before adding it to the salad base.
  • Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix gently.

Final Assembly

  • Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the top, then toss the salad to coat evenly.
  • Top with sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes
