Slider Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Slider buns Soft and fluffy, the perfect base for your sliders.
  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 blend for the best flavor and juiciness. Can substitute with turkey or plant-based ground meat.
  • 6 slices Cheese slices American cheese melts beautifully.
  • 1 cup Pickles For a crunchy, tangy contrast.
  • 1/2 cup Onions Finely chopped, either sweet or yellow.
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce A mix of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish. Can use Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
  • 1 cup Lettuce Crisp shredded lettuce for crunch.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Your kitchen is about to smell incredible!
  • Prepare the slider buns by cutting them in half horizontally and placing the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic powder until fully browned.
  • Layer the beef evenly over the bottom slider buns.
  • Add the cheese slices on top of the beef.
  • Spread Big Mac sauce generously over the cheese.
  • Top with pickles, onions, and a layer of shredded lettuce.
  • Cap it off with the top halves of the slider buns.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the buns are golden and toasty.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and then slice into individual sliders. Serve warm.

Notes

Make it spicy by adding jalapeños. For an indulgent treat, consider adding crispy bacon or avocado slices. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
