Preparation

  • Start by washing and shredding the green and red cabbage. Use a sharp knife or a mandoline for even slices.
  • Use a box grater or food processor to grate the carrots until they are delicately fine.

Making the Dressing

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper until creamy and well incorporated.

Combining the Coleslaw

  • Add the shredded cabbage and carrots to the dressing and gently mix until all veggies are coated.

Chill

Notes
