Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and cut the top shell down the middle with kitchen scissors, exposing the meat.

Seasoning

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture onto the meat, ensuring every inch is coated.

Broiling

  • Slide the baking sheet under the broiler and broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat under the broiler for a few minutes to warm through. You can prepare the butter mixture ahead of time.
