Preparation

  • Start by beautifully chopping the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they’re evenly coated. Shake off any excess.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Arrange the coated cauliflower wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the Buffalo sauce until perfectly coated.
  • Return the sauced wings to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
  • Take them out, plate with celery and your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

Adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce based on your heat preference. For extra crunch, sprinkle panko before the final bake. These wings can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days or frozen before baking.
