  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce Adjust based on your spice preference.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded) A must for that melty feel.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Adds depth of flavor.
  • 1 tsp Onion powder Enhances the savory notes.
  • 2 tbsp Green onions (for garnish) Adds a pop of color and crunch.

Cooking

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Stir until the cream cheese has melted and everything is well combined.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring gently to coat the pasta evenly with the buffalo-chicken mixture.
  • Remove from heat and stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Top with remaining cheese and let it melt before serving warm.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or on stovetop with a splash of milk.
