Preparation

  • If using raw chicken, grill or bake until fully cooked (165°F), then shred it using two forks. If you prefer, heat shredded rotisserie chicken in a pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, adjusting the amount to your spice preference. Toss until well-coated.
  • While the chicken is heating, chop the lettuce, tomatoes, celery, and carrots. Arrange them on a platter for easy assembly.
  • Lightly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 10 seconds, making them pliable for wrapping.

Assembly

  • Lay a tortilla flat, drizzle with ranch dressing, spoon a generous amount of buffalo chicken, and top with lettuce, tomatoes, celery, and carrots.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to secure all the delicious fillings inside.

Serving

Notes
