  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Adjust the heat level according to preference
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For gooey texture
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese Can substitute with feta for milder taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Mix the chicken and buffalo sauce in a bowl until well coated.
  • Roll out your pizza crust on a floured surface to your preferred thickness.
  • Spread a thin layer of buffalo sauce on the base of the pizza crust.
  • Layer the shredded chicken evenly over the sauce, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese on top and garnish with green onions.

Cooking

  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Slice, serve, and enjoy! Add a drizzle of buffalo sauce on top for more heat if desired.

Notes

For a veggie twist, add bell peppers or jalapeños. Store leftovers wrapped in foil for up to 3 days, or freeze for a month. Reheat for best results.
