  • 2 large Chicken Breasts Feel free to use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or mozzarella, choose your favorite.
  • 4 large Tortillas Flour or whole wheat.
  • 1 cup Spinach or Lettuce Fresh, for added crispness.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For sautéing.
  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • When the chicken is nearly cooked, add the minced garlic to the pan.
  • Once your chicken is cooked, reduce the heat and add cream cheese and shredded cheese into the skillet. Stir until everything is melted and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Lay the tortillas flat and place a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center. Top with fresh spinach or lettuce.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top. Feel free to secure it with a toothpick if needed.
  • If desired, return the wrap to the skillet and toast it on both sides for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cut the wraps in half and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor variations, add jalapeños or fresh herbs. Can store for 2-3 days in the fridge.
