Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cooked onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, and eggs. Season generously with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly and pressing it down gently with a spatula.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are crispy.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.

Notes
