  • 1 cup broccoli florets Optional, a perfect way to sneak in some veggies.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped chicken, Alfredo sauce, broccoli florets (if using), half of the mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
  • Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. This dish also freezes well. Consider prepping ingredients a day ahead for quick assembly.
