  • 12 oz pasta Any short pasta works well; penne and fusilli absorb the sauce beautifully.
  • 2 cups broccoli Fresh or frozen, for nutrition and a lovely pop of color.
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Use store-bought or make your own for a personal touch.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese The melty element that makes this casserole irresistible.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For a nutty, savory depth.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder This amplifies the flavors and adds warmth.
  • salt and pepper To taste, always essential in any comforting dish.

  • Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Once baked, let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to make this dish your own by adding spinach, kale, or switching up the protein. For a lighter version, use whole wheat pasta and low-fat Alfredo sauce.
