Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.

Cooking
