Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 1 piece Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)

Toppings

  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded You can substitute grilled tofu for a vegetarian version.
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing Consider using a homemade version for an extra touch.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Croutons For added crunch.
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  • Spread a generous layer of Caesar dressing evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a little space at the edges.

Baking

  • Layer on the shredded mozzarella cheese, then add the cooked chicken on top.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Salad Preparation

  • While the pizza bakes, combine the chopped romaine, croutons, grated Parmesan, and a drizzle of extra Caesar dressing in a bowl.
  • Toss to coat.

Assembling the Pizza

  • Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and top it with the fresh Caesar salad mixture.
  • Sprinkle some black pepper and red pepper flakes on top and enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier alternative, consider using a whole wheat or gluten-free crust. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
