Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Grilled or pan-seared for best flavor

For the Wrap

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce Crisp and fresh
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Creamy classic—homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for an elegant touch
  • 1 cup Croutons For added crunch
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat or tortilla wraps A healthier alternative to regular tortillas

Instructions

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear them over medium heat until they are cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

Building the Wrap

  • Lay out your tortilla or wrap. Add a generous handful of romaine lettuce, followed by the sliced chicken.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chicken. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and toss in croutons.
  • Fold the sides inwards and roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up. Slice it in half for easy handling.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute grilled tofu or chickpeas for the chicken. To make it dairy-free, use nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan and a dairy-free dressing. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Consider keeping dressing and croutons separate until ready to eat to prevent sogginess.
