  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing Use homemade or store-bought; consider yogurt-based dressing for a lighter version.
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese Feel free to substitute with nutritional yeast for a vegan option.
  • 4 large tortillas Whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas work for healthier alternatives.

Preparation

  • If grilling fresh chicken, season with salt and pepper and grill over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, sliced chicken, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan. Toss gently until well coated.
  • Lay a tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center, leaving space at the edges.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling snugly.
  • Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap them in parchment for an on-the-go meal.

Notes

Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Assemble without dressing for freezing.
