Preparation

  • Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for deeper flavor).
  • Heat your grill over medium-high heat.

Grilling

  • Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill, skin-side down. Close the lid and cook for about 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
  • Turn the chicken over and grill for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serving

  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
