Topping Ingredients

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and flour until crumbly. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 8x8-inch baking dish to form your crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon until fully combined.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Baking

  • Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggles.

Cooling and Serving

  • Allow the bars to cool fully before cutting them into squares.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously on top just before serving.

Notes

These bars can last 3-5 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
