Ingredients
  

Frappuccino Base

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled Gives a deep, espresso-like backbone.
  • 1 cup milk of choice Whole milk for richness, almond milk for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup ice cubes For that thick frappuccino texture.
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar Warm, caramel-like sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Lifts the flavors.
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon The star spice.
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened For that cinnamon-roll tang.

Toppings

  • Whipped cream Optional, but highly recommended.
  • Caramel sauce or cinnamon syrup For the swirl.

Preparation

  • Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • In a blender, combine cooled coffee, milk, ice, brown sugar, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and cream cheese.
  • Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
  • Taste and adjust the flavors: add more cinnamon for spice or a splash of milk if it's too thick.

Serving

  • Drizzle caramel or cinnamon syrup around the inside of your glass.
  • Pour the frappuccino into the glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon or a caramel drizzle.
  • Enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a mocha version, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. For a lighter option, use half the brown sugar and vanilla almond milk. You can also make a breakfast smoothie by adding a frozen banana.
