  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Tender and juicy
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for maximum flavor
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a rich sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated, for extra savory flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Used for cooking
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until thickened.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and allow it to soak in the sauce for a few additional minutes.
  • Serve this dish over pasta or alongside roasted vegetables.

Notes

For added nutrients, consider incorporating sautéed mushrooms or spinach into the sauce. Adjust garlic quantity based on your preference.
