Instructions
 

Cooking the Orzo

  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing the Shrimp

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Toss in minced garlic and let it bloom for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.

Creating the Sauce

  • Pour in the cream, allowing it to blend with the shrimp and garlic.
  • Stir in fresh spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, watching the spinach wilt.

Combining with Orzo

  • Add the cooked orzo to the skillet and mix well to coat every strand.
  • Finish with Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
