Ingredients
  

For the Egg Cups

  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 large eggs Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp butter or cooking spray For greasing
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • optional shredded cheese, diced ham, chopped spinach, or salsa Customize as desired

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Press the bread into two small oven-safe ramekins or silicone cups to form little bowls.
  • Lightly spray or butter the bread for crisping.

Cooking

  • Air fry at 350°F (about 180°C) for 3 minutes to firm the bread.
  • Crack an egg into each cup, add salt and pepper, and air fry for 5 to 7 minutes, depending on your preferred yolk consistency.
  • Add cheese in the last minute if you'd like it melty.
