  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (sharp for more flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko breadcrumbs add extra crunch)
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (for baking or frying)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish, optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Set up a breading station: In one bowl, mix the grated parmesan cheese, ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, have your beaten eggs ready.
  • Dip each piece of chicken first into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, and then coat it liberally with the parmesan-ranch breadcrumb mixture. Place each nugget on a greased baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Drizzle olive oil over the nuggets for a golden-brown finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Serving

  • Once golden brown and crispy, remove the nuggets from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best results, reheat in the oven. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
