Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, ranch dressing mix, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Crack in your egg and mix everything together gently until well combined, avoiding overmixing.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs in the Crock Pot, stacking them closely but not overcrowding.
  • Pour your Buffalo sauce evenly over the meatballs.
  • Set your Crock Pot to low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

Notes

For extra flavor, brown the meatballs in a skillet before adding them to the Crock Pot. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
