  • 24 ounces Frozen Meatballs Choose beef, turkey, or plant-based.
  • 20 ounces Cheese Tortellini Soft pillows of pasta filled with cheese.
  • 32 ounces Marinara Sauce Opt for a good quality sauce with no added sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning For adding an authentic Italian flavor.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese For sprinkling on top before serving.
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Basil Chopped, optional for garnish.

Preparation

  • Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray for easy cleanup.
  • Place frozen meatballs in a single layer at the bottom. Pour the marinara sauce over them.
  • Carefully add the cheese tortellini on top of the meatballs.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the entire mixture.
  • Set your slow cooker to high for 4 hours or low for 6–7 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and cover.
  • Stir gently before plating up!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For future meals, freeze portions for easy reheating.
