Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Dice the cream cheese and have your salsa ready.
  • Place the boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the spices and pour the salsa over the chicken.
  • Drop the diced cream cheese on top of the salsa.

Cooking

  • Cover and set your slow cooker to low for 4-6 hours, or high for 2-3 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
  • Stir in the melted cream cheese until combined.
  • Add in the cheddar cheese and let it melt into the mixture.
