Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and onions, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Add diced chicken breast to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Notes
