Preparation

  • Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop dough using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop onto prepared sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  • For thicker cookies, chill scoops for 30 minutes before baking.

Baking

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set and tops show slight cracks.
