Preparation

  • Preheat the Oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a splash of milk for fluffiness and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread a thin layer of olive oil on the rolled-out dough.
  • Add a layer of cheese, followed by your choice of meats and vegetables.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the toppings.

Cooking

  • Place pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
  • Allow to rest for a minute after baking, then cut into slices.
