  • 2 cups Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded Feel free to swap cooked rotisserie chicken for a quick fix.
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup This adds creaminess; you can use a healthy version if preferred.
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables Fresh, frozen, or canned will do – just keep it colorful!
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded For a cheesy twist, you can also use Monterey Jack.
  • 1 package Cobbler Biscuit Topping Use your favorite brand or homemade biscuit mix for a personal touch.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and mixed vegetables.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
  • Open the biscuit dough and break it into pieces, placing them on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. If you want to freeze it, scoop portions into freezer-safe bags and enjoy it within three months. When you’re ready to reheat, bake it in a 350°F (175°C) oven until warmed through.
