Preparation

  • Cube the cheese into bite-sized pieces and place them in a clean, dry jar or bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Pour the marinade over the cheese, ensuring each piece is submerged.
  • Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld, preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, gently stir the marinated cheese and admire its vibrant colors and aromas.

Notes
