Cooking Steps

  • In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, around 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the chicken broth, stirring well to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the tortellini and let it cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, followed by the spinach. Stir until the spinach wilts and the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.

Notes
