  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce A dash of salty goodness.
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh garlic gives depth of flavor.
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated Fresh ginger adds a zing.
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice A splash of acidity.
  • Green Onions (for garnish) Optional, adds a fresh crunch.
  • Sesame Seeds (for garnish) Adds a nutty flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice. Whisk together until well mixed.

Cooking

  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Pour the sweet chili sauce mixture over the chicken, stirring to coat. Lower the heat and simmer for another 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serving

  • Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve with rice or in lettuce wraps.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sweet chili sauce for an hour before cooking. Use a non-stick skillet to avoid sticking and ensure even cooking. Taste the sauce and adjust sweetness or salt as needed.
