  • In a large bowl or on a serving platter, alternate layers of cucumber, tomato, and fresh mozzarella. Get creative with the arrangement to make it visually appealing.

Finishing Touches

  • Tuck whole basil leaves or sprinkle torn basil throughout the salad, letting their fragrance waft in the air.
  • Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil generously over the entire salad, adding a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper for seasoning.
