  • 1 lb Tender cuts of steak (sirloin or ribeye) Choose your preferred cut.
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes Halved for even cooking.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh cloves preferred for best flavor.
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter For better control of seasoning.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) For garnish and flavor enhancement.
  • to taste Salt Essential for flavor.
  • to taste Pepper Essential for flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut your steak into bite-sized cubes.
  • Halve the baby potatoes.

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add the beef cubes and sear until golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness, about 2-3 minutes for medium-rare. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter, then toss in the potatoes. Cook until crispy and golden on the outside and tender on the inside, about 10 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Return the steak to the skillet, stir everything together, and let the flavors mingle. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs to taste.

Serving

  • Plate your Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes, garnishing with extra herbs.

Notes

For added spice, sprinkle red pepper flakes in the garlic butter. You can substitute olive oil for a lighter option or add seasonal veggies for extra nutrients.
