Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it onto a grill-safe pizza stone or directly onto the grill grates.
  • Spread a generous layer of barbecue sauce over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Scatter the shredded chicken evenly over the sauce.
  • Generously cover the chicken with mozzarella cheese.
  • Top with sliced red onions and bell peppers.

Grilling

  • Carefully place the pizza on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  • Once cooked, remove the pizza from the grill and sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top before slicing.
