Main Ingredients

  • 4 medium Fresh Peaches Choose ripe, firm peaches for ideal grilling.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adds natural sweetness; maple syrup is a great alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Enhances the flavor profile with warmth.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For a rich, indulgent taste; try coconut oil for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract A fragrant complement to the peaches; a fresh vanilla bean can provide an even deeper flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by halving the peaches and removing the pits.
  • In a small bowl, combine the honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and melted butter. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Lightly brush the cut sides of the peaches with the glaze.
  • Heat your grill to medium-high.

Grilling

  • Place the peaches, cut side down, on the grill for about 4 minutes.
  • Carefully turn the peaches over and grill for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove them from the heat once they’re softened and beautifully charred.

Serving

  • Drizzle with the remaining glaze before serving.
  • Consider adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt for extra indulgence!

Notes

Experiment with different toppings like chopped nuts or a sprinkle of sea salt for an added savory twist. Serve the Grilled Peaches over arugula with goat cheese for a lighter option. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
