  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves Or swap with arugula for a peppery punch

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by laying your tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface. This is your canvas!
  • Using a spatula, spread the softened cream cheese evenly across the tortilla.
  • Place the slices of deli ham over the cream cheese, ensuring you cover the surface entirely.
  • Evenly distribute the shredded cheese on top of the ham.
  • Scatter the spinach leaves across the top.
  • Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces, aiming for about 1-inch thick.

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, place the pinwheels cut-side down.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat on the other side.

Serving

  • Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve warm.

Notes

Leftover pinwheels can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
