Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, whole-wheat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Add in half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepperoni. Knead the dough for a few minutes until well incorporated.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.

Assembly

  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and more pepperoni evenly over the dough.
  • Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, sealing in all the fillings.
  • Slice the roll into 1-inch thick pieces and lay them on a greased baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls turn golden brown.
  • Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a healthier twist, swap the low-fat mozzarella for a dairy-free alternative. You can customize the toppings according to your taste. Stored in an airtight container, leftovers are good for 3-4 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to three months.
