  • 1 teaspoon Salt Simple seasoning to enhance all the flavors.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place your drumsticks in a large bowl or zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over them.
  • Ensure each drumstick is coated, using your hands if necessary.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and arrange the drumsticks skin-side up.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 35–40 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), then let them rest before serving.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the drumsticks for the last 2–3 minutes. Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
