Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce to prepare the sauce.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

Cooking

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the hot skillet.
  • Sear each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken and reduce heat to medium. Simmer for about 5 minutes, letting the sauce thicken.
  • Once cooked through and beautifully glazed, remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes
