Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  • Add chicken tenders into the marinade, ensuring every piece is coated. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  • For an extra crunch, dip each marinated chicken piece in cornstarch.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add in your chicken tenders.
  • Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Pour the remaining marinade over the tenders during the last few minutes of cooking for the glaze.
  • Remove from heat, garnish as desired, and serve.

Notes

Marinate the chicken tenders overnight for better flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
