For the Pork

  • 1 pound Pork (tenderloin, chops, or roast) Choose your favorite cut.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the pork by trimming excess fat and seasoning it lightly with salt and black pepper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.

Cooking

  • Place the pork in a baking dish and pour the glaze over the top, ensuring it is well coated.
  • Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with the leftover glaze.
  • Check for doneness with a meat thermometer; it should read 145°F (63°C).
  • Once done, let it rest for about five minutes before slicing.

Serving

  • Serve with the remaining glaze drizzled over the top.

Notes

Consider adding fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme to the glaze for additional flavor. You can also mix in a tablespoon of citrus juice or apple cider vinegar for acidity.
