Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while you prepare the chicken.
  • In a small bowl, mix the hot honey, minced garlic, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a dish and pour the honey mixture over them, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
  • Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Once marinated, transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the edges turn golden brown.
  • During the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the crumbled feta over the chicken.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Drizzle with additional hot honey if desired.

Notes

Consider adding vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini for a complete one-pan meal. You can swap proteins, using shrimp or firm tofu.
