Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil.
  • Add your chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes, or longer for deeper flavor.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • For grilling, cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. For skillet cooking, apply similar timing.
  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes.

Serving
