  • Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using plastic wrap and a meat mallet.

Cooking

  • Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken breast first into the eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then press firmly into the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Bake: Arrange the breaded chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden.
