  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Gluten-free soy or tamari can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Enhances the richness of the glaze.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
  • Drizzle half of the glaze over the fillets, spreading it evenly.

Cooking

  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • In the last couple of minutes, drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon.

Serving

  • Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and squeeze lemon juice on top.

Notes

For variations, add fresh herbs or veggies like broccoli or asparagus to the baking sheet. Spice up the glaze with red pepper flakes if desired.
